How can I return a product?


European Community countries 

Returns from any country from the EC are free and you have 14 calendar days to request it, from the moment you receive your purchase. Please check the steps to follow to request a return:

1 - Send an e-mail to userexperience@muroexe.com indicating the order number (Order Id: you have it in the confirmation email, it is a code formed by a combination of letters) and the product you want to return. If possible, please also tell us the reason why you are returning it.

2 - You must prepare the item or items you want to return in their original box and give them to the courier that we will send to pick them up.

3 - As soon as we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will proceed to make a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of collecting the products (except shipping costs, only refunded in case of manufacturing defect or wrong product received). Keep in mind that we review each product: if the product you send us is not in good condition for reasons beyond our control or has been used, the refund will not be made, but we will return the same pair that you sent us, since does not meet the minimum conditions.

Other countries outside European Community

Returns from the rest of the countries outside EC are not free, but at the customer's expense, and you have 14 calendar days to request it, from the moment you receive your purchase. Please check the steps to follow to process a return:

1 - Send an e-mail to userexperience@muroexe.com indicating the order number (Order Id: you have it in the confirmation email, it is a code formed by a combination of letters) and the product that you want to return. If possible, please also tell us the reason why you are returning it.
