How can I return a product?


FOR ALL RETURNS: As soon as we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will proceed to make a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of collecting the products (except shipping costs, only refunded in case of manufacturing defect or wrong product received).
Keep in mind that we review each product: if the product you send us is not in good condition for reasons beyond our control or has been used, the refund will not be made, but we will return the same pair that you sent us, since does not meet the minimum conditions.

EC countries with free returns

The items that you buy on our website can be returned for free, by leaving them in a GLS Delivery Point, only for the listed EC countries below.

Countries with free returns: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Please follow this link below and you will be redirected to our Returns Website (you will need your Order Code (sequence of letters) and address to complete the process).

How it works? Easy. Once you enter the Order Code, your address and have selected a return's reason, you will be offered with a list of Delivery Points near your address. Choose one of them and the system will issue the labels. Print the labels and put them on the box with the shoes. Bring the box to the chosen Delivery Point, and the shoes will be send back to us. It's as easy as this!

Remember that you must prepare the item or items you want to return in their original box, together with a copy of the delivery note or invoice. 

Rest of EC countries and all other countries outside Europe

Returns from the rest of the countries outside EC are not free, but at the customer's expense, and you have 14 calendar days to request it, from the moment you receive your purchase. Please check the steps to follow to process a return:

1 - Send an e-mail to userexperience@muroexe.com indicating the order number (Order Id: you have it in the confirmation email, it is a code formed by a combination of letters) and the product that you want to return. Please also tell us the reason why you are returning it.

2 - You must prepare the item or items you want to return in their original box and send them to this address:
