Do not put in the washing machine, only the insoles separately.
If you don't have specific shoe care products, you can use laundry detergent and cold water to create a lather and rub from the sole to the upper with a soft sponge.
To clean the sole: rub with a soft toothbrush if the stains are still there after using the foam and the sponge.
Do not tumble dry, let dry at room temperature. Extra recommendation: make balls of paper and put them inside the shoes to absorb moisture and keep their shape.
