The return must always be within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
For purchases made between 18 November and 14 December 2022, you have until 15 January 2023 to make the return.
Once we receive it, we will evaluate the case and if there is nothing remarkable, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, always in the same way in which you made the payment, and always within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item returned, as indicated in article 76 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
