Can I cancel an order once is done?


Order cancellation 

If you have regretted the purchase (nooo!) we can cancel your order as long as it has not left our warehouse yet. In that case, write us immediately at userexperience@muroexe.com, informing about the issue and your order number, and we will try to cancel it.

If it is alrady on the way, the unfortunately you will have to wait to receive it, to request a return.

Out of stock while placing an order 

We want to remind you that there is a period of time between you place the order and we process it in which the available stock of a product is likely to vary and even run out. If an item runs out in this period of time, we will contact and inform you, refunding at the moment the amount paid.
