In the event that the order has not left the warehouse yet, what we can still do is cancel the order if you contact us immediately. We will cancel it, we will refund the amount paid, so that you can buy another pair that you preffer.
In the event that the order had already left the warehouse, then you must wait until you receive it, and then process it as a return.
