We only deliver to specific addresses, not to PO Boxes. All our deliveries for orders over 110 Euros are free of charge. Orders under 110 Euros will have a delivery charge that may vary from 3,99 Euros up to 14,99 Euros depending on the country of destination.
Delivery times
Except for exceptional circumstances, deliveries usually take between 3 and 5 business days once the order is shipped. Deliveries may take some days longer than usual, especially at certain times of the year such as Christmas, Easter, holidays, and during the sales season.
Import taxes
All our deliveries are not subject to additional charges for import duties or similar. In the event that courier or Customs claims for the payment of fees, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
Delivery tracking
Once the product has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number. In the event that within 7 working days of placing the order we have not yet sent you this email with the follow-up, please contact us.
Different delivery & billing address
Remember that if you want to put a different delivery address than the billing one, you have to specify it when you give us the shipping details. Once the order is placed, it will always be more difficult to change the delivery details, although we will try. To do this, please contact us.
